Admond is an AI-powered recruitment training application designed to transform how businesses and individuals learn modern technology recruitment best practices. The platform replaces fragmented learning methods—such as static self-service platforms, scattered video content, and costly trainers—with an interactive, AI-driven training experience available on demand.
Our role in this project was to design the UI/UX of the application dashboard, ensuring complex AI features, training flows, progress tracking, and performance insights were presented in a clear, intuitive, and engaging user experience.
The core challenges we addressed during the design phase included:
